[ENG] Receipt Not Printed on the Printer Even Though the Status in Central Status is Connected

Step 1: Check All Connection on Printer

  1. Ensure the printer is turned on.
  2. Ensure the LAN cable is connected correctly and the LED lights on the LAN port are orange and green.
  3. Ensure the power cable and adapter are securely connected and the adapter LED light is green

Step 2: Check Printer Settings in Central

  1. Open the Central application.
  2. Tap the Receipt menu on the bottom menu bar.
  3. On the right side of the screen:
    • Select Disable from the Autoprint menu:
      • Try printing the receipt.
      • If it still fails, proceed to the next step.
    • Select Restaurant on the Receipt Info menu:
      • Try printing the receipt.
      • If it still fails, proceed to the next step.
  4. Perform a function check on SKAB on Cloud as referenced in Step 1.13: How to Check SKAB on Cloud.
