[ENG] Receipt Not Printed on the Printer Even Though the Status in Central Status is Connected

Step 1: Check All Connection on Printer
- Ensure the printer is turned on.
- Ensure the LAN cable is connected correctly and the LED lights on the LAN port are orange and green.
- Ensure the power cable and adapter are securely connected and the adapter LED light is green
Step 2: Check Printer Settings in Central
- Open the Central application.
- Tap the Receipt menu on the bottom menu bar.
- On the right side of the screen:
- Select Disable from the Autoprint menu:
- Try printing the receipt.
- If it still fails, proceed to the next step.
- Select Restaurant on the Receipt Info menu:
- Try printing the receipt.
- If it still fails, proceed to the next step.
- Select Disable from the Autoprint menu:
- Perform a function check on SKAB on Cloud as referenced in Step 1.13: How to Check SKAB on Cloud.
