Step 1: Switch OFF the Printer
Ensure the printer is OFF and unplugged from the power source.
Step 2: Refresh Apps
Refresh or Close Apps on the relevant Central.
Step 3: Restart the Printer
Press ON on the printer and make sure it is ready to use.
