[ENG] Cash Drawer Does Not Kick

Step 1: Check Cash Drawer

Make sure the Cash Drawer is not locked.

Step 2: Check Cable Connection

Make sure the Cash Drawer cable is connected to the Cashier printer

Step 3: Check Printer Status in Central

1. If the Printer status is Disconnected on Central, perform Action 1.1 Printer Disconnected.
2. If the Printer status is Connected on Central, ensure there are no items stuck or lodged inside the Cash Drawer.

Step 4: Further Actions

If the Cash Drawer still cannot be opened, please contact or bring it to the supplier for further assistance.
