[ENG] Printer: Add ‘tagging’ On ‘itemize printing’

Step 1: Check Central Settings

  1. Open Central and tap Settings (bottom right).
  2. Select the printer that needs tagging added.
  3. Check the list of tagging in Itemize Printing:
    • If tagging is PRESENT, but cannot be printed, perform step 1.3 Remove & Add Printer.
    • If the menu item is NOT PRESENT, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Check Settings on Cloud

  1. Make sure you have access to the Cloud (cloud.getslurp.com):
    • If there is no access → transfer the case to the agent.
  2. Go to Items > Products and check the menu item tagging:
    • If it has been tagged → perform Update Setting in Central.
    • Wait 5 minutes, then Refresh Apps.
    • If it has not been tagged, perform tagging, press Save, then Update Setting and Refresh Apps.
