[ENG] Price Display Not Showing on CDS Screen (Android)
Step 1: Check CDS Connection
- Ensure the CDS iPad and Central iPad are connected to the same WiFi (getslurp.com– Outlet Name)
- Ensure the Central iPad always remains on the Dashboard screen.
- If the CDS iPad still does not display the price, follow these steps:
- Refresh Apps on both iPads (Central and CDS).
- Open both apps (Central and CDS).
Step 2: Authenticate CDS Apps
- On the CDS Homepage (Welcome to Outletname), press the Slurp icon on the top left of the screen.
- On the top right of the screen, there are two buttons. Select and press the Authenticate button.
- Enter any staff PIN number.
- Press Done.
Step 3: Deactivate License on Central
- Open the Central application and select Restaurant on the menu bar at the bottom of the dashboard screen.
- Select System at the top of the screen menu.
- Refer to the License Available section.
- Click Hash Code in the License Available section and press Dismiss.
- Press Deactivate.
- Repeat steps (d) and (e) until License Available is empty.
- Perform Refresh apps on both iPads.
Step 4: Purge Data
- Open the main screen on the Android tablet.
- Press and hold the CDS app.
- Tap App Info.
- Tap Storage & Cache.
- Tap Clear Data/Clear Storage.
- Reopen the Central and CDS apps.
- Select the iPad located in the bottom left corner in CDS.
- Enter any staff PIN number.
Step 5: Reinstall CDS Apps
- Uninstall the CDS application on the Android device.
- Press and hold the CDS application.
- Press Remove.
- Press Confirm to verify.
- Reinstall the CDS application on the Android device.
- Search for the CDS APK file on the device.
- Tap on the APK file.
- Tap Install to install the application.
- Ensure the CDS iPad and the Central iPad are connected to the same WiFi (getslurp.com – Outlet Name).
- Reopen the Central and CDS applications.
- Select the iPad located in the bottom left corner in CDS.
- Enter any staff PIN number.
