[ENG] Printer Prints Receipts Slowly / Prints Strange Font

Step 1: Restart Printer

Perform Restart Printer.

Step 2: Perform Test Print

Perform a Test Print to check the speed and quality of the printing

Step 3: Routine Maintenance Cleaning (if the problem still occurs)

  1. Turn off the printer and disconnect the power.
  2. Clean the dust with compressed air or a soft brush.
  3. Clean the heated print head and rubber platen roller with contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol (IPA).
  4. Let it dry completely before reusing.
  5. Avoid harsh chemicals or spraying directly onto the components.

Step 4: Switch to Text Mode (if problem persists)

  1. Go to Central → Receipt → Format → Text
  2. Set Text to Default / Text

Step 5: Advanced Steps (Hardware)

If the problem persists after cleaning, proceed to the hardware step procedure or send it to the supplier/service.
